Design That Makes Sense
We sketch out what you're getting. Layout, materials, colors—all on paper before we order anything. This is where you tell us what actually matters to you. We listen. Then we refine until it feels right.
Prep Work (The Boring Part)
Waterproofing, framing, electrical rough-in. It's not glamorous. But it's everything. We take our time here because cutting corners now means problems later, and we're not that kind of company.
Systems & Safety First
HVAC goes in. Plumbing if you need it. Proper ventilation. Everything meets code. We don't guess on this stuff. Everything gets inspected before we move forward.
